CUSTOM DESIGN & MOCKUP INFORMATION
1 Hour of Design Time Included!
Each wholesale order includes up to 1 hour of complimentary design time for custom mockups, logos, colors, and product layouts. This 1-hour design time can be used across all custom items in your cart.
● Most custom designs can be completed within the included 1-hour design time.
● Design work exceeding 1 hour may be subject to a $20/hour design fee. You will be contacted before any additional charges are incurred.
● At checkout, please include the colors and any other design details you are interested in - artwork is not required at this time
● Once your order is placed, Melissa will contact you to begin the design process and gather any additional information needed.
● Production begins after the final mockup is approved.
● Finished products typically have a 2-week turnaround time from mockup approval.
